TEARS International
The Mission of TEARS International is to provide compassionate, culturally relevant programs to facilitate healing for families who’ve experienced the loss of a baby. We want families across the globe to know they are not alone and there can be hope and healing after the loss of a baby.
The Puerto Rico Chapter, while still part of the United States, was the first chapter established that required a different approach and more culturally relevant programs to better serve the needs of their community. We established our first international chapter in the Bahamas in 2016 and are expanding into new regions of the world including Uganda and Belize in 2018.
