How to Become a Rock & Walk Host
Step 1: Submit a Volunteer Host Application
Tell us about yourself, your community, and your heart behind hosting.
Step 2: Introductory Call with TEARS
We’ll review expectations, your vision, and next steps.
Step 3: Event Approval
Once approved, TEARS will:
Create your official Classy event page
Add your event to our national calendar
Send your Rock & Walk Host Handbook
Provide branding and templates
Step 4: Plan Your Event
With TEARS guidance and your handbook checklists.
Step 5: Host a Beautiful Rock & Walk
We support—you lead.
Step 6: Post-Event Wrap-Up
TEARS handles donations and acknowledgments.
You send photos and a brief recap.
